What Each Department Does
Sales and Business Development: Our sales team identifies restaurant owners who are overpaying for their current POS systems and introduces them to SkyTab. You will conduct in-person visits, phone consultations, and live demos. Top performers build a recurring monthly residual portfolio that grows passively as clients stay on the platform. Prior restaurant or payments industry experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for motivated candidates.
Customer Success and Support: Support specialists are the frontline of our client relationships. You will troubleshoot technical issues, guide new customers through onboarding, and ensure every restaurant gets maximum value from their SkyTab system. Bilingual English-Spanish fluency is highly preferred for this team, and you will have access to remote diagnostic tools that let you resolve most issues without a site visit.
Field Operations: Installation technicians travel to restaurant locations to set up hardware, configure networks, and train staff on the SkyTab system. This is a hands-on role perfect for people who enjoy working in different environments every day and building face-to-face relationships with business owners.
Marketing and Growth: Our marketing team drives brand awareness and qualified leads through digital advertising, content creation, SEO, and social media. You will work with real campaign performance data, optimize ad spend across Google, Meta, and TikTok, and create content that speaks directly to restaurant owners' pain points.
